(Job Responsibilities) Research and identify potential school and district partners, initiating outreach through calls, emails, and social media Qualify prospects and set up appointments, passing along qualified leads to Account Managers Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote Scholastic Reading Events Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and stay informed about industry trends What is Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM systems Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
