Research and identify potential school and district partners, initiating outreach through calls, emails, and social media Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and interests, setting up appointments for Account Managers Establish rapport with educators and administrators, emphasizing the value of Scholastic Reading Events Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, tracking progress toward sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation efficiency and refine sales strategies Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM systems Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with peers and customers Preferred Qualifications
