NWI Baths is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking an experienced and professional Selling Sales Manager to lead our team in the Merrillville market. Our success is based on quality products and expert installation. Responsibilities: Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team. Run leads with sales reps as a training tool. Assist reps in homes by taking calls and aiding in closing sales. Regularly review performance results and take necessary actions to meet targets. Complete cancel-save appointments effectively. Collaborate with the rehash manager to re-engage homes and close sales. Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings. Set expectations for the sales team based on company objectives. Requirements: Successful experience in Home Improvement Sales, preferably with the 1-Day Concept. Preferably 2+ years of Sales Management experience. Strong leadership, business development, organization, team building, communication (verbal, written, presentation), and interpersonal skills. Technical skills including iPad presentations and electronic contracts. Additional Information:
