Our success is based on quality products and expert installation. As a Selling Sales Manager, you will generate revenue by leading and developing a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You will serve as a Leader, Motivator, Coach, and Teacher. Job Responsibilities:
Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team Use leads with sales reps as a training tool Assist reps in homes by taking calls and helping close sales Regularly review performance and take necessary actions to meet targets Complete cancel-save appointments effectively Coordinate with the rehash manager to revisit homes and close sales Prepare and lead ongoing training sessions Set clear expectations for the sales team based on company objectives Requirements:
Successful experience in Home Improvement Sales, preferably with the 1-Day Concept Preferably 2+ years of Sales Management experience Strong leadership, business development, organization, team-building, communication (verbal, written, presentation), and interpersonal skills Technical skills including iPad presentations and electronic contracts Powered by JazzHR
