We serve the Merrillville, IN market, with our success rooted in quality products and expert installation. As a Selling Sales Manager, your role will be to generate revenue by leading and developing a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You will act as a Leader, Motivator, Coach, and Teacher. Job Responsibilities:
Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team. Use leads with sales reps as a training tool. Assist reps in homes by taking calls and helping close sales. Regularly review performance results and take necessary actions to meet targets. Effectively complete cancel-save appointments. Collaborate with the rehash manager to revisit homes and close sales. Prepare and lead ongoing training sessions. Set clear expectations for the sales team based on company objectives. Requirements:
Successful experience in Home Improvement Sales, preferably with the 1-Day Concept. Preferably 2+ years of Sales Management experience. Strong leadership, business development, organizational, team-building, communication (verbal, written, presentation), and interpersonal skills. Technical skills including iPad presentations and electronic contracts.
