Entry Level Account Executive | January 2026 Start. We are growing our Acadomi program to launch recent graduates into the IT staffing industry with hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities. After completion, you will work from one of our offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, DC, Detroit, or Dallas. Starting January 12th, 2026, candidates will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to build a foundation in IT recruiting and account management. Responsibilities
Participate in a 2-month training program (January 12, 2026 start) with experienced recruiters and account executives to develop your career in IT recruiting Work closely with a Team Lead to refine sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submission skills Gain experience with cold calling, prospecting new business, and building a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process Move toward an Account Executive role after completing the program Connect with clients to understand their business needs and problems through calls, meetings, and informal discussions Develop partnerships with clients by explaining Optomi’s services and how we can be the ideal partner Serve as the point of contact for hiring needs between clients and the recruiting team Maintain and grow your own book of business through effective communication with clients Qualifications
0-1 years of professional experience – training provided Drive and determination to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with customers and consultants MacBook Pro or MacBook Air computers Willingness to be part of a fundamental change in the staffing industry Commitment to core values including community involvement Monthly phone allowance Promote-from-within philosophy Annual performance trip with all expenses paid (tropical destination) for you and a plus one Community and charitable involvement opportunities Access to industry-leading, innovative technology for candidate submissions Earned performance incentives Seniority level
