Entry Level Account Executive – Jan 2026 start. Optomi offers a promote-from-within culture and an Acadomi program for recent graduates to start a career in IT staffing. Participate in a 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives. Work closely with a Team Lead to source, interview, and submit candidates. Gain experience with cold calling, prospecting new business, and client engagement. Develop a foundation of Optomi’s recruiting and sales process with the goal of moving into an Account Executive role. What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?
Connect with clients to understand business needs and problems through calls, meetings, and informal interactions. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients by communicating Optomi’s services as a suitable solution. Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring needs between the client and the recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.). Maintain and grow your book of business through effective communication with clients. Basic Requirements
0-1 years of professional experience – Training provided. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Proactive, driven, and able to develop strong client relationships. Familiarity with IT staffing is a plus. MacBook Pro or MacBook Air is preferred. Enthusiasm for participating in a promote-from-within culture and giving back through community involvement. Qualifications / Desired Skills
