This position provides general Rental Management training and includes specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. The program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. You will acquire industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop relationship-building. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within, based on performance. Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation. Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database. Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads. Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventive maintenance and cleanliness standards. Meet overall Ryder market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives. Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies. Reconcile customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the customer base. Additional Responsibilities
On a voluntary basis, and based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee may perform the role of On-Call Representative as determined by the Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High energy, self-motivated, self-directed with the ability to focus on multiple projects. Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices. Ability to relocate in the region/US after the training program. Must be computer literate (intermediate). Qualifications

The compensation offered may be influenced by factors such as experience, education, location, market data, internal equity, and other considerations. The position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan depending on the level and type. Pay type: Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: $53,000.
