Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention Must live in North Carolina, specifically in/near Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, Winston-Salem, or Greensboro High school diploma or GED Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays Smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
