What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers through inbound calls
Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Maintain focus and resilience while handling challenging calls
Effectively manage time during customer interactions and data entry
Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
Must reside in North Carolina, specifically in or near Charlotte Metro, Raleigh/Durham Metro, Winston-Salem, or Greensboro
High school diploma or GED
Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
A home workspace equipped with wired internet and necessary devices for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in sales or customer retention
Strong competitive spirit and a proven track record in customer service
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Familiarity with technology and digital tools
A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing environments
