Position Summary This position is responsible for performing a variety of back-office loan operations functions. In order to comply with regulatory requirements, it is imperative that tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible with regards to tasks assigned and be willing to learn multiple tasks as needed. Daily bank account reconciliations Daily lender account reconciliations Trust account review (escrow, loan servicing, holdback) Payment processing, ACH, check and wires Process borrower loan payoffs Complete daily bank deposits online Process investor payments Complete loan fee and holdback transfers Research and clear stale dated checks E-filing Checks and Backup Documents Desired Skills & Qualifications Understanding of simple and compound interest calculations Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills Ability to adapt in a changing environment Requirements Business, finance or accounting degree preferred Effective organization and time management skills Sage Intacct experience or similar accounting system The ability to multi-task Aptitude for problem solving A pro-active attitude to accomplish tasks This is an onsite position which requires in-office reporting to Anchor’s Thousand Oaks office. Compensation The base pay range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
