Job Details
Inside Sales Agent – Inbound Remote. Eligible locations: Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, Kentucky. Applicants must reside in one of these states.
Pay and Benefits Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Starting base salary $45K with opportunities. Earn up to $85k+ for top performers.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Paid training 16 weeks licensed hires; 18 weeks unlicensed.
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid-morning 11am-8pm CST; minimum 12 months before shift change.
Home office equipment provided; high‑speed internet 100 MBps download 20 MBps upload required.
Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and warm leads. Consult customers on insurance needs. Match correct coverages and products. Convert sales leads into policyholders.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
Training and Licensing All representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Paid training includes licensing for unlicensed hires.
