What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants
Provide coverage consultation for small business insurance lines including BOP, Workers Compensation, and more
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks
Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver tailored insurance solutions
Manage desk operations effectively while prioritizing timely outcomes for customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Call center experience valued
Competitive nature and strong desire to win
Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds
