Overview
Overnight Lot Auditor position with Parking Management Company. Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr. Schedule: Full Time / Part-Time (10pm - 7am). Status: Non-Exempt. Directly reports to the Commercial Parking Manager. Location: Monrovia, CA (as noted in job postings; refer to company listing for full locations). Responsibilities
Audit and reconciliation of parking lot operations, including vehicle counts, ticketing, and financial records; reconcile discrepancies and correct errors. Monitor vehicle entry/exit, ensure accurate logging, use security systems to track movements, and report irregularities or unauthorized vehicles. Complete shift reports detailing tickets issued, revenue, and operational data; maintain logs of vehicle arrivals and parking operations. Conduct regular parking lot inspections to ensure safety protocols, markings, lighting, and camera coverage; respond to security concerns and maintain a safe environment. Maintain lot cleanliness and safety of equipment, spaces, and safety items (cones, signs, barriers). Provide excellent guest service with professional communication, active listening, and clear two-way radio etiquette; foster a welcoming environment. Maintain regular attendance, adhere to policies, and support safe and efficient parking operations. Support evolving business needs by completing other tasks as assigned and attending required trainings and meetings. Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; mandatory customer service attitude. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations in three years); clean background check; no special certifications required. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; work outdoor and indoor in varied weather; overnight, weekends, and holidays required. Work Environment
Work performed in on-site parking facilities and adjacent areas; may involve exposure to moving vehicles and outdoor elements; use of computers and radios; safety-conscious and proactive reporting of issues. Pay, Benefits and Policies
