Overview

Position: Personal Banker at PNC. Location: Cary Main Branch, Cary, NC. This role is within PNC's retail banking organization and focuses on delivering the best experience for customers by leveraging PNC solutions to support financial wellbeing. Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience and identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process (outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, lobby engagement) to elevate client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions; leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet via a differentiated customer experience; conduct lobby engagements to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs; educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty. Support branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately while adhering to policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment to manage risk. Qualifications

Work Experience : Roles at this level typically require an Associate or equivalent degree plus related experience or product knowledge; typically 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
