Responsibilities
Property leasing and administration
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
Close sales by making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up as needed
Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in
Assist with lease audits, walk-throughs, and turnover processes
Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours
Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals
Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction
Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident events, promotions, monthly newsletter)
Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model
Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach
Review market surveys/analysis to generate ideas and form plans
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market surveys
Customer & Resident Relations: provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround
Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives
Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Physical Requirements
Regular movement to accomplish tasks, communicate with others, and operate at a workstation
Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and stand or sit for prolonged periods
May be required to work in various environments, including confined spaces, outdoor conditions, and exposure to chemicals; ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs; ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours as needed
Compensation and Benefits At Asset Living, compensation decisions consider factors such as skill set, background and training, and certifications. Offers reflect the facts of each individual’s experience and may include a comprehensive total rewards package with benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance), 401(k) with employer matching, commission and performance bonuses where applicable. Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
Salary Range : $17 per hour to $18 per hour
