Asset Protection Security: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, and guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff, monitors access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety: Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety, and food safety audits. Conducts safety audits, creates reports, and acts as an interface for workers' compensation issues. Partnership & Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder management, communication, and engagement techniques. Supports project activities and process updates. Data & Digital Literacy: Knowledge of data collection, tools, and systems. Analyzes data, creates reports, and suggests automation opportunities. EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies. Supports training programs and maintains training resources. Influential Communication: Knowledge of communication techniques. Organizes and presents information effectively, influencing team and business partners. Process Improvement: Supports process improvement strategies, identifies gaps, and participates in root cause analysis. Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Implements policies and promotes environmental awareness. Operational Excellence: Knowledge of organizational processes and SOPs. Explains operational functions and supports adherence to standards. Additional responsibilities include compliance with policies, completing work priorities, and fostering a respectful and ethical workplace culture. Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year's work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice). Preferred Qualifications
Optional qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and coursework or experience in criminal justice, loss prevention, safety, or security fields. Primary Location
