JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst . This role combines responsibilities in finance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with senior leadership and various departments to provide actionable insights and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. This position is on site, in Plantation, Monday-Friday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports for management. Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Maintain and develop financial models and budgeting templates for management use. Support the preparation and ongoing maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Compile and analyze revenue/expense data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for efficiency. Maintain lease software and prepare quarterly reports and journals. Prepare various quarterly reports and flux analysis. Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for management. Provide ad-hoc analysis and contribute to business process improvements across the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis (consumer goods industry preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP and management accounting. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems and financial databases. Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Willingness to occasionally work weekends or holidays if required.
