Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for fixed assets, prepaids, and depreciation for marketing, IT, and overhead. To be successful in this role, the Staff Accountant must have a positive attitude, be coachable, and want to learn. What do you need for this Staff Accountant role? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 1-3 years of experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP Advanced Excel Experience with an ERP system/accounting software What will you do in this Staff Accountant role? Review prepaids and maintain schedules Amortize journal entries Create accrual schedules Record transfer pricing and intercompany Support reporting for budgeting and forecasting Balance sheet reconciliations Assist with the annual audit by providing documents and schedules as requested Ad hoc management reporting Maintain and improve internal controls What is in this Staff Accountant role for you?
