Senior Accountant – Sr. Accountant – Revenue – Variance – Flux Analysis – Fluctuation – Actuals Versus Budget – Actuals Vs. Budget Are you an experienced accounting professional who is looking for the opportunity to gain experience in a SOX environment? If so, then we are working on a Senior Accountant role that will just do that for you! A large hospitality company in the San Fernando Valley is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. In this role, the Senior Accountant will focus on revenue, GAAP compliance, budget vs actuals, flux analysis, and will partner with operations on requests and other accounting support. To do well in this role, the Senior Accountant should be adaptable, curious, and be positive. Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 4+ years of accounting experience Advanced Excel Strong knowledge of US GAAP Responsibilities:

Preparation of journal entries for revenue recognition and inventory Create supporting reconciliations GL reconciliations for various related accounts Create monthly budget vs actuals and forecast files Support actualization of the forecast and budget Support tax calculations with pulling reports and posting the related tax journal entries Balance sheet reconciliation schedules Assist the annual audit with providing supporting documentation and schedules Ad hoc reporting for management Benefits:
