Process and review invoices to ensure payments are timely and accurate Investigate and resolve discrepancies or questions related to AP processes Maintain seamless workflows by supporting account feeds and financial operations Provide outstanding customer service for AP-related inquiries and issues Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits Leverage enterprise accounting systems (e.g., SAP) for financial transactions and reporting Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a diverse audience Knowledge of nonprofit financial operations, especially in higher education Experience with SAP or similar enterprise accounting systems Visit our website to learn more about our openings!
