Supervise a team of 5. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, disbursements, and reconciliations. Maintain strong cash flow and healthy vendor relationships. Supervise invoice processing, matching, coding, and approvals. Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger monthly. Oversee cash application and payment postings. Monitor aging reports and lead collection efforts on overdue accounts. Additional Details:
