Asset Protection: Possesses knowledge of Asset protection policies practices and guidelines environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff. Monitors and maintains access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines compliance safety and food safety auditing processes regulatory inspection processes emergency evacuations plans. Accesses organizational resources to address health and safety hazards; supports implementation of industry-specific and OSHA guidelines; highlights business risks; maintains a directory of emergency response personnel; summons emergency services as necessary; conducts compliance safety and food safety audits; conducts daily audits of buildings and food safety audits; creates audit reports; acts as associate interface for workers compensation issues; obtains necessary records; analyzes and reports types of claims that may require settlement. Partnership Collaboration: Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and management effectiveness tools; owns delivery of project activity and tasks; supports process updates; solves simple business issues; demonstrates functional knowledge of the supported business unit/organization. Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques and tools, digital applications and systems, and data governance. Gathers and interprets data; analyzes and creates reports; leverages technology to execute transactional activities; reviews data across systems for completeness; applies data quality checks; suggests automation opportunities (e.g., robotic process automation, cloud-based applications). EHS Training Delivery: Possesses knowledge of training methodologies, content development processes, and training lifecycles. Supports instructors, solicits feedback, utilizes training lifecycles, maintains repositories of benchmarks and best practices, and explains processes to contractors. Influential Communication: Possesses knowledge of verbal/nonverbal behaviors and communication techniques. Organizes thoughts and communicates credibly; presents to and influences team members and partners; uses data to articulate results and recommendations; actively listens and seeks feedback; builds professional network. Process Improvement: Supports implementation of process improvement strategies; identifies process gaps; participates in investigations and root cause analyses; leads incident investigations when supervised; understands operational processes inside assigned area. Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and applicable laws. Demonstrates awareness of regulatory compliance, implements Walmart environmental policies, and promotes environmental issues within the organization. Operational Excellence: Knowledge of organizational processes, SOPs, and OBW. Explains operational functions and interdependencies; locates SOP/OBW information; lists tasks and activities in operations functions. Other duties: Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; completes work assignments, prioritizes tasks, communicates progress, and adapts to change. The hourly wage range for this position is $22.85-$26.35. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications

6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year's work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice). Preferred Qualifications
