K-12 – Success Manager (MidAtlantic / Northeast)
Partner in Publishing is seeking a Success Manager to support our EdTech client, a K‑3 literacy platform powered by AI. The role is an individual‑contributor, customer‑facing position that requires practical experience partnering with K‑12 customers in the MidAtlantic / Northeast territory. Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with district leadership. Onboard new customers and engage them in data‑driven conversations regarding literacy intervention. Drive high renewal rates and expansion goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience. 2+ years of customer success experience in the Education SaaS industry. Experience implementing software solutions in the Education SaaS industry. Proven track record of high (90%+) renewal rate and achievement of expansion goals and targets. Preferred: Experience in education administration and/or a start‑up organization. Preferred: Strong grounding in Reading Assessment, Science of Reading research, and data‑driven instruction. Must live in the MidAtlantic / Northeast area. Benefits
