Oversee and execute payroll processes for Latin American operations, ensuring compliance with regional regulations Manage and administer foreign payrolls, including vendor performance oversight and payroll setups Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation for Global Employees Maintain records and monitor departmental communications related to foreign payrolls Generate reports for internal and external use, providing insights and support to the global payroll team Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline 3+ years of payroll experience; in lieu of a degree, 7 years of related work experience is required 1+ years of relevant experience in non‑U.S. payroll(s), with a strong preference for Mexico or Colombia Fluency in business‑oriented Spanish for payroll operations and general business communication Strong organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
