Our client, a mid-sized independent insurance agency in the North Shore, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Personal Lines Account Manager

to join their collaborative team. In this role, you’ll manage an existing book of business, support clients with their coverage needs, and handle quoting for new and renewal accounts. Work alongside 5 other Account Managers and a supportive supervisor. Focus on Growth:

Agency promotes education and supports earning designations. Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with questions, changes, and coverage education. Manage endorsements, issue binders, and process renewals. Assist clients with claims and ensure timely resolution. Quote new and renewal business. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding. Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system. Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain). Minimum 5 years of personal lines experience preferred. Strong multitasking skills with excellent communication and follow-through. Experience with AMS360 or similar systems is a plus. Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset. Compensation and Benefits

Salary up to $75,000, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Annual raises based on performance. Hybrid work schedule
