Overview: Well-established and community-focused independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships from start to finish in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The agency is known for its strong leadership, family-like culture, and commitment to employee growth and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a personal lines book of business consisting of standard and some high-net-worth clients. Handle all servicing duties
A-Z , including renewals, retention, and client communication (supported by a CSR for backend processing). Quote and remarket renewal business as needed. Partner with producers to service assigned client segments and maintain excellent retention levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers while ensuring accuracy and responsiveness. Qualifications:
3+ years
of Personal Lines account management experience in an independent agency setting. Active
Property & Casualty license
required. Familiarity with
AMS360
or similar agency management systems (training available). Strong organization, multitasking, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, high-volume environment. Why Join This Agency:
