The Sous Chef contributes to increasing sales and guest count by fostering a top-tier team member and guest experience. Additionally, the Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in executing menu items with excellence and maintaining quality across all aspects of their role. Job Requirements
Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service Proven ability to develop a team Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression Benefits
