Office of the Vice President for Academic Excellence Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Teach two to three courses per semester in the assigned college. Manage coursework, including curriculum development, classroom or lab instruction, assessment creation, and evaluation. Conduct an original research project. Contribute to the assigned program as a faculty member. Follow all university and departmental policies and procedures. The program supports new faculty with minimal teaching experience, focusing on building inclusive classroom environments that promote hope, unity, and belonging.
