Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 in Roy, UT, supporting the Strategic Deterrent System (SDS) Division. This full-time role includes responsibilities in personnel security, access control, and related administrative duties within a secure environment. The position requires U.S. citizenship with a Secret clearance, the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, and SAP approval when needed. What You’ll Get To Do
Produces employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards Processes security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control Collects and submits electronic fingerprints, handprints and optical reading into systems Maintains lock and key records Processes visit authorizations for employees and guests to gain access to restricted areas Verifies accuracy of information prior to issuing clearances Maintains controlled security documents and information Supports a fast-paced high-profile environment Creates, maintains and leverages working relationships with internal and external customers Maintains meticulous record-keeping and accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets Performs clearance verification, escorting, and access control activities in and around secure facilities Manages secure conference room calendars and provides security support for meetings, orders supplies, and completes other administrative tasks as assigned Performs General Personnel Security duties: Personnel Security Questionnaires, Program Access Requests, etc. Position Benefits

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience Must have US Citizenship with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Experienced with computers and desktops Experienced with Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel, etc.) These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have
Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule and DoDM 5205.07 Special Access Program Security Manual Self-starter with minimal supervision Proficient with ESIS/SIMS Completed security training (e.g., CDSE) is a plus Working knowledge of the JADE database Basic knowledge of access controls and security systems Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in various program areas Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills for effective customer service Primary Level Salary Range: $51,200.00 - $85,400.00. The salary range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers several factors when determining base salary offers, including scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply. Northrop Grumman also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
