Drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with lighting agencies in the East Coast territory Conduct regular account reviews, establish quotas, and negotiate contracts Travel 50%-75% within the territory to maximize sales efforts and provide product training Attend agent events, national trade shows, and industry conferences for sales support Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts What is Required (Qualifications)
In-depth knowledge of the electrical and lighting industry, including products, markets, and channels Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective sales and negotiation skills Strong resilience and persistence to overcome challenges and achieve ambitious sales goals Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in the field with increasing responsibility How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
