Inbound Remote Sales Representative Location
St. Petersburg, FL (Florida) Pay Range
Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year Commission potential up to $85,000+ Job Summary
A role within a contact center sales organization handling inbound calls and warm leads. No cold calls. Remote position with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, providing consultative sales to insurance customers. Match customers to the correct coverage, products and benefits, converting leads into policyholders. Adopt a customer‑centric approach, maintaining integrity and quality service. Use a professional workspace, high‑speed wired internet, 100 MBps download / 20 MBps upload. Complete 16‑week training for licensed hires or 18‑week training for unlicensed hires. Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years sales/service work required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities, PC proficiency. Property & Casualty license required after hire. Benefits
