Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent for a remote inbound sales position based in Florida. This role focuses on handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching products to convert leads into policyholders.
Pay Details Base salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year. Starting base salary $45k with opportunity for growth. Top performers can earn up to $85k+ through base salary and commissions.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads from Liberty Mutual Contact Center.
Consult customers on Property & Casualty insurance needs and match the correct coverages.
Convert sales leads into policyholders and close sales with integrity.
Maintain professional workspace and high‑speed internet for remote work.
Follow a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with mid‑morning start time (example 11am‑8pm CST).
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
Proficient typing and PC skills.
Will hold a Property & Casualty license after hire.
