Responsible for supporting key customers onsite by leading packing teams, documenting procedures, and assisting with product development and forecasting. Essential Functions:
Sales Support:
Measure new products, document packing procedures, coordinate with customer engineers and logistics, assist with orders and redesigns. Packing Customer Merchandise:
Safely lift and place equipment/materials into crates using appropriate tools. Crate Assembly:
Unload, prepare, and assemble crates at customer sites or in the facility, using tools like hammers and power drills. Facility Safety:
Report equipment issues, follow safety procedures, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Responsibilities:
Gather customer feedback and resolve issues. Maintain records of jobs and communicate with supervisors. Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in measuring and designing. Strong Microsoft Office skills. At least 3 years packing experience. High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience with power tools and woodworking preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other moving equipment. Attention to detail, ability to work independently or in teams. Desired Skills:
Bilingual English-Spanish. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Experience driving trucks. Strong communication and customer service skills. Flexible with work priorities. Additional Information:
