Sales Counselor (Hourly Pay + Bonus + Benefits)
Join True Connection Communities as a Sales Counselor. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team at The Oaks of Plano, located in Plano, TX. The Sales Counselor is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects and converting those prospects into Residents. PAY & BONUS : Competitive hourly pay of $28/hr - $30/hr and an exceptional bonus/incentive plan designed to reward your hard work and success. What You’ll Do : Shepherd qualified leads through the entire sales process (inquiry to move-in). Community outreach activity to generate qualified referrals. Respond to inquiries/leads, scheduled visits, conduct tours, handle objections, and close the deal. Conduct daily and weekly review of closing strategies for prospects in the pipeline. Effectively use CRM (Salesforce) for all internal and external sales activities. Work collaboratively with Sales Director, Executive Director and other department heads to create a positive hospitality-oriented atmosphere for all Team members and residents. Recognize and foster a sales-oriented culture. Attend and actively participate in company-hosted webinars, on-site meetings, regional meetings, and national meetings. Drive sales with a ‘love and respect’ of the team, community, amenities, and residents. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills : High School Diploma Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in community sales (multifamily housing, apartment leasing, or other related residential sales). Experience in Sales Relationship building and ability to build rapport with employees, customers and residents. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Financial and administrative acumen Agile and highly adaptable mindset, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to evolving business needs. Including weekend availability. Strong tech/digital skills (navigating websites, spreadsheets, email, and other tools) Preferred Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but not required) Property management and/or hospitality experience (highly desired) Existing knowledge and experience with Excel and Salesforce (or other related CRM) WHAT WE OFFER : Competitive salary and incentive plans Health, Dental, Vision Insurance plan options Industry-leading Paid Time Off plan 401k And more.
