The Village at Gleannloch Farms
is seeking a hospitality-driven
Sales Counselor
to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to build occupancy through personalized sales experiences and seamless move-ins. You’ll be a key player in creating warm first impressions and guiding future residents through their journey to becoming part of our community. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to design and execute lead-generation strategies that drive qualified inquiries and move-ins for our Independent Living residences. Be the welcoming voice and face for prospective residents — by phone or walk-in — and conduct discovery conversations to understand their needs. Lead engaging tours of our community, showcase the lifestyle and amenities, and address questions to guide prospects toward a decision. Use the ExSell with LCS sales process and ExSell Connection Sheets to personalize each interaction. Prospect creatively through phone outreach, email follow-ups, home visits, and referral generation. Maintain consistent and meaningful follow-up with prospects, addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions. Keep the lead management system up-to-date with accurate and timely data entry. Stay informed about competitors and develop strategies to highlight our unique value. Create a hospitality-first atmosphere in every interaction to champion extraordinary impressions. Participate in marketing events, both in-house and in the community, to build brand awareness and generate leads. Encourage and cultivate resident and prospect referrals. Represent our community with professionalism and pride in appearance and demeanor. Qualifications
Two years of experience in marketing/sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate good judgment, time management, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Applications. One year of experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field. One year of experience in hospitality preferred. Preferred Skills or Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred). What We Offer
