What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop new customer relationships and drive outbound sales campaigns

Optimize existing and new sales campaigns for maximum impact

Pursue qualified leads and create custom quotes, collaborating with distributors

Assist the outside sales team with established sales deals and follow-up

Manage relationships with assigned distribution accounts to retain and expand business

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in CRM software such as SalesForce, HubSpot, and others

Ability to understand end market trends and industry best practices

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the industrial safety industry

Familiarity with product training and support for sales teams

Skills in utilizing data analytics tools for sales optimization

Strong presentation and listening skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
