What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive outbound sales campaigns to targeted customers and optimize their impact

Pursue qualified leads through inbound follow-ups and outbound calls/emails

Create custom quotes and collaborate with distributors for sales opportunities

Manage relationships with assigned distribution accounts to retain and expand business

Collaborate with various teams including Marketing and Product Management for new business development

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience

Ability to travel 4-5 times per quarter to visit customers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in using CRM software such as SalesForce and HubSpot

Understanding of end market trends and industry best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the industrial safety sector

Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong presentation and listening skills
