Overview
Inside Sales Associate: 20-30 Hours per Week at SpeedPro. The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results. Responsibilities
Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification Contact leads and prospects via phone and email Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.) Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. This position may require the occasional off-hours Qualifications
Strong communication and listening skills The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess
1+ years of prior inside sales experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Compensation and Benefits
