As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. With a passion for fine craftsmanship and a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, you continually demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. You focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of our clientele program. In addition to meeting sales goals, other key responsibilities include promoting our loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and fulfillment activities, and supporting special events. You will ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise, and work with your team to uphold operational excellence in all aspects of the Fine Jewelry department.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex to create welcoming experiences.
Demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that fit tastes and budgets.
Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and use of the clientele program.
Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory, fulfillment, and special events.
Ensure security, accuracy, and impeccable merchandise presentation; collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.
Who You Are / Qualifications
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Effective communication with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; able to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.
Provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools, and deliver a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience.
Drive sales and operational excellence through product knowledge, vendor training, and use of point-of-sale tools; maintain stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance.
Leverage clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches; participate in sales events and ongoing vendor education.
Achieve client and protection plan goals in addition to sales targets.
Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
1-2 years of related experience required.
Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Standing for extended periods; lifting at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment; ability to process register transactions.
