Mosaic, a brand experience agency, focuses on human-centric experiences to connect brands with people’s real needs, wants, desires and hopes. The Senior Account Manager will lead and manage key experiential accounts with multiple events throughout the year, coordinating day-to-day internal teams and client relationships, overseeing creative development, production planning and financials, and fostering collaboration.
Responsibilities
Be the go-to, day-to-day client lead for your clients and respond to their marketing needs Develop ongoing partnerships with clients, internal cross-functional teams and vendors Be seen as a credible voice on behalf of the agency and as a champion of our work Mentor and develop junior team members and model leadership for aspiring colleagues Champion extraordinary work and agency culture by providing inspiration, leadership and expertise Manage profitability of work by watching account expenses and identifying opportunities for growth Be a good internal partner and know when to ask for help from cross-functional agency counterparts Qualifications
Experience working across a variety of client businesses with cross-functional agency units 7+ year track record of success and increasing responsibility in an agency or client environment Understanding of integrated experiential marketing with focus on large and small scale initiatives (B2B, sampling, retail, tours, events) Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with budgeting and proposal writing to sell ideas to clients Ability to understand client business challenges and rally internal teams Curiosity and strategic thinking applied to creative work Strong multi-tasking and time management with attention to detail Self-awareness, confidence to advocate for ideas, and resilience when things go south Willingness to contribute to improving the agency and the broader environment About Us
