For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities

Territory management of a geographical area, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention.

Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions that can improve their business.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales record.

Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.

Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a team environment.

Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
