Executive Sous Chef
to join its culinary leadership team. This role will partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, lead staff development, and ensure an exceptional guest dining experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong culinary expertise and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, quality-driven environment. Executive Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills Experience with seafood or coastal cuisine Execution in PDRs and Events Proven success building positive kitchen culture Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service A proven track record of collaboration with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
