Gestion Administrative du Personnel – Superviser la gestion administrative RH (contrats de travail, dossiers du personnel, attestations, etc.). Assurer la conformité avec la législation marocaine du travail et les procédures internes. Gestion de la Paie et Avantages Sociaux – Garantir la fiabilité et l'exactitude du processus de paie. Piloter la gestion des avantages sociaux et relations avec les organismes sociaux (CNSS, CIMR, assurances, mutuelles, etc.). Relations Sociales & Conseil – Être l interlocuteur privilégié des collaborateurs sur toutes les questions administratives et sociales. Contribuer à maintenir un climat social positif et accompagner les managers dans la gestion des problématiques sociales. Projets Transverses – Participer aux projets RH visant l'optimisation des process administratifs et sociaux. Développer des initiatives pour améliorer l'expérience collaborateur et soutenir la stratégie RH de l'entreprise. Company Information
