The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with the planning and implementation of resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents. Responsibilities
Handle high stress situations effectively Exhibit excellent communication skills Demonstrate administrative and organizational skills Manage time and prioritize effectively Provide customer service orientation Apply knowledge of state fair housing laws as it relates to the property Special Requirements
Physical Demands: sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, and use feet, legs, back, arms and hands; may occasionally climb. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed. Attendance/Travel
Full-time position; may require some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events. Qualifications
Skills
Intermediate computer and internet knowledge MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency Preferred knowledge: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check Customer service experience preferred Event planning experience preferred Learning and Development
Commitment to ongoing professional development through the company’s continuing education programs Education
High school education or equivalent required Ability to read and write English fluently, perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use on-site resident management software Benefits
