Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise setup and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work. What We Look For

But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go: Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed Work both independently and with a team Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Make Sure We Are Clear On a Few More Basics That We Expect: Accurately handle cash register operations as needed Climb up and down ladders Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc. Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift Responsibilities
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs Assist with tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas Operate power equipment if certified Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the store to resolve guest issues Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance Work safely and report hazards; follow safety policies and training Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws Benefits and Accommodations
