We’ve partnered with a well-established and fast-growing international food company that distributes specialty grocery products across the Midwest. As they expand in the Michigan market, we're seeking a
Sales Representative
to manage retail store relationships, drive product visibility, and grow sales volume across key grocery accounts. This is a
field-based role
perfect for someone who enjoys being in stores, solving problems on the spot, and building strong customer connections. What You’ll Do: Visit assigned stores across your Michigan territory to maintain and grow product presence Build relationships with store managers, owners, and buyers to increase sales Ensure in-store displays, shelves, and resets are completed to brand standards Work with merchandising partners to coordinate promotions and product launches Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools (Repsly or similar) Identify new opportunities and provide feedback to internal sales leadership Resolve store-level issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of
retail, CPG, or grocery field sales
experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Able to work independently in a fast-moving, hands-on environment Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like
Microsoft Office
and
CRM platforms Clean driving record and ability to lift 40+ lbs Local to the
Detroit metro area
and willing to travel daily to store accounts Bilingual (Arabic)
