Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with client sponsors, licensees, and vendors Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute account strategies Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to enhance client strategic direction Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare business reviews to assess account health Oversee deliverables and compliance for partnership agreements, resolving issues proactively What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in account management with large, complex organizations, preferably in sports, entertainment, or healthcare Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective negotiation Strategic thinker with a history of successful initiative development and implementation Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
