Develop and execute strategies to grow sales of Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products within assigned geography
Collaborate with market leadership and matrix partners to enhance understanding of sales needs and market conditions
Drive proactive outreach to local markets to increase knowledge of supplemental health solutions
Attend meetings and negotiate with underwriting and brokers to facilitate sales
Be accountable for achieving assigned supplemental health sales goals and bonuses
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
Proven track record of delivering business results
Strong oral and written communication skills with executive presence
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a heavily matrixed organization
Ability to balance long-term projects with immediate deadlines
Proven ability to foster collaboration and gain support for proposals
