Manage multiple Warehouse Distributor and Regional customers to drive business growth Develop and present growth plans and account strategies to leadership on a regular basis Schedule and lead business meetings, quarterly reviews, and line reviews with cross-functional teams Ensure effective internal communication regarding account developments and deliverables Utilize Corrective Action Planning to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Automotive and Commercial aftermarket Proven experience in Sales Account Management or Category Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications
